Our return policy goes hand in hand with our exchange policy, in which you may exchange the product for another colour, a different size, or a completely new style. If you wish for your order to be cancelled before it is shipped out, there are a couple of things you will need to keep in mind. All orders that come in on a normal working day between Monday to Saturday before 10:00 AM are shipped out on the same day. Orders that come in after 10:00 AM, Sundays, or on public holidays are shipped out on the next working day.
